How to Rent1. Determine which phone kit/accessories you need 2. Download, print, and complete the Rental Agreement (pdf) For SPOT Rentals use the Other: Category and just write in SPOT. 3. Fax in Rental Agreement to xxx-xxx-xxxx or Scan and Email to rentals@fsclp.com 4. Order confirmation will follow via email from the rental department 5. Rental equipment will arrive via FedEx or UPS, unless otherwise arranged, the business day before the rental start date 6. Upon receipt, phone customers must make a test call to FSC's toll-free service line, 6111, to ensure functionality of the unit 7. Rental Equipment must return to FSC within one business day of the rental end date Rental Billing Process1. Online Charges for rental equipment, shipping/handling, and loss/damage coverage protection (optional) will bill to the credit card immediately. Faxed orders will bill up to 5 days prior to order shipment/pick up 2.
